*At this time, we are looking to hire for part time Rink Attendant- availability on nights and weekends required.

Adult League Administrator  Administrator must be present for all adult league games during the week, greeting players and tracking player statistics. Job duties include checking in all players for adult league games, verifying USA Hockey numbers and entering the statistics into the league website for each game. Administrator will also be responsible for tracking player finances to ensure all dues are paid prior to game time. Special and additional tasks and projects may be assigned by managers.  

Requirements:

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, POS system)
  • Customer service skills
  • Availability on week nights (Monday-Friday)
  • Knowledge of hockey preferred, not required

 

ProShop Cashier – Employees must provide all guests with a memorable rink experience by offering friendly and helpful customer service. Cashier duties include cash handling, store upkeep, building rapport with customers, and informing all guests about prices, schedules, procedures, and programs offered by the rink. Cashiers will also be responsible for making customers drinks at the coffee bar when a barista is not on staff. Special and additional tasks and projects may be assigned by managers.  

Requirements:

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, POS system)
  • Experience cash handling
  • Customer service skills
  • Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Figure skating and/or hockey skills are desired, not required
  • Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. minimum
  • Willing to learn to barista

Rink Attendant Rink attendants are responsible for the upkeep of the ice (including but not limited to resurfacing the ice, basic Zamboni maintenance, edging the ice) and the building as a whole. They are expected to perform light janitorial duties, basic maintenance, custom skate sharpening, and minor skate repairs. Customer service is of the utmost importance as employees will be expected to interact with customers and answer any questions while on duty. Employees should be knowledgeable about the schedule, prices, procedures, and programs offered by the rink.  This position requires basic knowledge about skating safety.  Special and additional tasks and projects may be assigned by managers.  

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Basic maintenance skills
  • Experience operating heavy machinery preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be capable of lifting 75 lbs. 
  • Figure skating and/or hockey skills desired
  • Prior rink experience, particularly ice resurfacing is preferred

Party Host/ Camp Counselor – Party hosts and camp counselors are responsible for setting up, serving and tearing down parties and events. This position requires employees to tend to all the guests’ needs, including tying their skates. Employees must be friendly, energetic and have a substantial customer service skills. Basic skating abilities are preferred for camp and birthday lessons. This position involves constant interaction with children. 

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must be comfortable working with children, ability to keep them entertained
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Customer service and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Figure skating and/or hockey skills highly desired
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
