AZ Ice Families:
Based on the December 3, 2020 Executive Order 2020-59 please be advised of the updated AZ Ice Rinks safety guidelines and requirements noted below.
We have, and continue to, ask our AZ Ice Families to assist us in following all guidelines put forth by AZ Ice Management, Governor Ducey, ADHS and the CDC. If we work together, we will all be able to continue the activities we love!
Effective December 5, 2020:
WE WILL BE TAKING A NO TOUCH TEMPERATURE ON EVERYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING! If that shows 100 degrees or higher you will not be admitted to the building – NO EXCEPTIONS!
We strongly encourage all AZ Ice Family members to practice social distancing, avoid congregating in large groups (both inside and outside the building) and practice good hygiene by frequently washing hands, avoiding high touch surfaces and using hand sanitizer.
Participants/spectators who are currently sick, recently sick, live in a home with someone sick, symptomatic or high-risk/vulnerable to illness are asked to avoid the rinks. We are also asking that you self-report any of these situations to the rink promptly so we can take the appropriate steps necessary to protect the health and safety of everyone!
It remains up to each individual/family to protect themselves as it relates to the tasks and activities they partake in on a daily basis based on their level of comfort. We recognize that not all AZ Ice families will agree with the restrictions (too restrictive) and/or the response of others (not strict enough) and understand if they choose not to participate/enter the facility at this time as a result.
The situation continues to evolve, and your cooperation is appreciated as we navigate the circumstances it presents.
Thank You,
AZ Ice Management Team
